Woodcock Smokery will be at Organic Cafe in Bantry!
Meet the legendary Sally Barnes of Woodcock Smokery and taste her delicious award winning (and ethically sourced) smoked fish! Woodcock Smokery are specialists in creating products from slow-smoked, fresh, wild-caught fish devoid of any artificial additives or preservatives. They don’t use farmed fish, ever. They source from local and sustainable sources.
This is a free event and part of the ‘A Taste of West Cork’ food festival.

Woodcock Smokery is based in West Cork close to the pretty seaside village of Castletownshend. They work exclusively with wild fish and cure their products in a traditional manner. They are best known for their exceptional award-winning wild smoked salmon. They also provide a wide range of smoked fish products including mackerel, herring, tuna, haddock and pollack using both hot and cold-smoking techniques.
