Tessa Perry and Carmel Somers join the Dare sisters for an evening of dinner, wine, and conversation!
For one night only Tessa Perry and Carmel Somers are in Bantry together! Using organic West Cork seasonal produce, these two celebrated West Cork chefs join together to prepare a wonderful meal. The cooking style? Simple and delicious! The meal will be complimented with organic wines by Mary Pawle.
During the evening Carmel and Tessa will be in conversation with other Irish chefs like Kay Harte from the Farmgate in Cork, Dan Mullahane from The Mustard Seed and Colin Daly from Roly’s Bristo. The Dare sisters will guide the conversation throughout the evening asking the guest chefs and those that have survived the restaurant business (and lived to tell many a tale) their stories, secrets and favourite dishes. Audience participation welcome – so get your questions ready and come to Organico for an interesting and lively evening.
