Agricultural Show Bantry Taste of West Cork

Champion Angus Cow at the Bantry Show

The Annual Bantry Agricultural Show will take place September 7th, 2014, on the Airstrip.

There will be more classes, food, crafts and entertainment for all the family at this years Bantry Agricultural Show.

Live music with Bean and Irene, Irish set dancing, waltzing, fashion show, best dressed Lady and Gent, kiddies disco, bouncey castles, magnificent specimens of cattle, sheep and horses.

Also, there will be a cooking demonstration, arts and crafts, a tug of war and sheep shearing.

The hilarity will continue with pig races, driving competitions, fun dog show, and a donkey derby not to be missed if last years was any guide to go by!

Show judging begins at 10am, free buses and ferries from Bantry, Bantry Pier and the Abbey.

This is a must do event on the West Cork Calendar and a delight for young and old.
