Learn some new skills when you take a Cooking for One Course as part of the Taste of West Cork Festival
Cooking for one is always a challenge and it is easy to develop a habit of repeating dishes in the week which
leads to cooking and eating becoming unexciting. In just one day, Carmel Somers will cook a two week menu of creative and delicious dishes for one!
There will be a balance of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes with a priority placed on not wasting food or money!
This class provides a great repertoire for cooking efficient dishes for one, and is also ideal for students, as they will learn how to plan and avoid wasting food.
