Sheep's Head Sailing Courses and Tours

Take a half-day sail across West Cork’s Dunmanus Bay

It’s one of the best ways to explore Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way by sea!

We explore the coast of the Mizen and Sheep’s Head peninsula’s in Dunmanus Bay at close hand. You’ll be able to observe the sea arches cut by wave action, and – when it’s safe to do so – we sail close to Carbery Island.

With luck, you’ll spot seals at rest on the rocks. The views of Dunmanus Bay are stunning, and give you a wonderful insight into this beautiful part of the world.

The coast of West Cork is rich in sea life, so expect to be visited by the local dolphins and seals who are always curious and love to show off alongside sailing yachts.

Enjoy our home-made soup & rolls which will be served during the cruise. You may also have tea, coffee & biscuits if you wish. As far as possible our products are sourced from local producers.

Half-day sailors just need to bring warm clothes, basic waterproofs, flat soft sole shoes/trainers, your camera, and sun tan cream! Safety gear is supplied.
