Scoraiocht - Cultural Night

Enjoy a night of Irish storytelling, music & dancing by the fireside on West Cork’s Sheep’s Head peninsula.

This will be a night when locals and visitors alike gather to enjoy the age-old Irish tradition of sharing tales and recounting historical events. You’ll also get to see some of the comedy, music and dancing that are part of the tradition on the peninsula.

We encourage all, experienced scoraiocht-goers and newcomers to join us in keeping this wonderful tradition of oral history and entertainment alive.

This is a fundraising event for the Muintir Bháire Community Council, so baking donations and financial donations will be most welcome.
