Arundel’s by the Pier presents a five-course culinary seafood journey! Traverse West Cork’s diverse and delicious seafood, presented with a French air! This menu was designed to showcase the amazing local seafood available from the waters around West Cork. It also highlights the culinary skills of Arundel’s head chef Dominique Carucci.

Head Chef Carucci is as passionate about food as one can be! He is meticulous in designing menus using fresh produce from the surrounding area (which of course means we have a strong emphasis on seafood). Dominique is originally from France and has trained in some of the most spectacular places in France, Belgium and Italy. He has brought this wonderful flair to Arundel’s by the Pier on the Wild Atlantic Way.
