Eating the Sheep's Head Way Festivals Food Taste of West Cork Festival 2017 What's On

Spend a relaxed afternoon at beautiful Blairscove House for a wine tasting and cooking demonstration.

Tucked away on a picturesque inlet of Dunmanus Bay, enjoy an afternoon of wine and food pairing with Colm & Pascal from Le Caveau wines. Blairscove Head Chef Ronald Klotzer will give a cookery demonstration using the wood fire. This event has limited room, so booking is essential! Part of the ‘A Taste of West Cork’ Food Festival.

More about Le Caveau Wines

Set up in the Summer of 1999, Le Caveau specialises in importing artisan wines, sourced directly from small, family-operated vineyards from around the World. To give more dimension to our portfolio, we have hand-picked a selection of wines from World leading estates, sourced from fellow Irish, UK and French wholesalers.

More about Blairscove House

Surrounded by 4.5 acres of lawns and gardens, in West Cork, Blairscove House and restaurant is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing days. Since 1972, Blairscove has remained in the hands of the same family; and Philippe and Sabine De Mey, the present owners, continue to provide top quality dining and accommodation.
