Drimoleague Inn

November 11, 2015 by Dunmanus

The Drimoleague Inn

The Drimoleague Inn is a a small family-owned bar, restaurant where the friendly team serve fresh, locally sourced, home-cooked food

There’s a relaxed friendly atmosphere with excellent service. Breakfast is served between 10am and midday, lunch is served between midday and 3pm, and an excellent bar menu is on offer each afternoon.

Evening meals are served in the Drimoleague Inn’s restaurant, which takes orders up until 8pm. It’s an ideal spot for walkers making the most of the great routes along the Drimoleague Heritage Walkways and the eastern stretches of the Sheep’s Head Way.

There is a large private function room and ample off-street parking available, and there is a children’s playground adjacent to the car parking area. With full wheelchair access too, the Drimoleague Inn is a great place for weddings, celebrations, and groups arranging a meal or event together.

Drimoleague was once a major junction on the famous and much-missed West Cork Railway, and it’s still a great place to start when exploring the delights of the Drimoleague Heritage Walkways, the Sheep’s Head Way and the West Cork region.
