Edencrest Bantry B&B

Josephine and Barry Walsh welcome you to their beautiful home at Edencrest B&B within walking distance of Bantry’s bustling town centre

On arrival, enjoy the delights of Josephine’s home baking as you take in the wonderful views down Bantry Bay and over the Beara and Sheep’s Head peninsulas.

If you need tips on visitor attractions or wining and dining in the locality, your hosts are full of ideas and will be delighted to be of assistance. Barry is renowned for his knowledge of local family ancestry, so if you’re tracing your Irish roots he’s just the man to ask. He is also happy to organise motorcycle tours of West Cork!

But however you choose to spend your time in Bantry, one thing’s for sure: Josephine’s legendary breakfast will give you a fine start to the new day. All her breakfast treats are cooked to order using the finest local produce. Be sure to try the sizzling dry-cured smoked bacon, local butcher’s sausages, and, of course, her famous brown bread.

You are guaranteed a warm Irish welcome at Edencrest B&B which has private parking. All rooms are en suite, with luxury toiletries, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and filtered water as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
